Groups

Easy2health is now delivering a range of groups at two different locations (Ravenstone and Heather). Groups are outdoor only with a maximum of 30 people. Social distancing should be adhered to at all times. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Monday: 6pm-7pm Ravenstone

Tuesday: 6pm-7pm Heather

Wednesday: 6pm-7pm Ravenstone

If you have a group of friends that is interested in any of these groups and would like a private class please contact me.

Groups are not drop in. I require you to fill out a PAR-Q and Contact Tracing Client Agreement. Anyone that has not filled out the required paperwork will be turned away.

Classes contain elements of all listed below

Tabata

Tabata is interval metabolic training, which evenly engages as most of our body's muscles. Thanks to this, it "turns up" the metabolism and accelerates fat burning.

Bums + Tums

Bums and tums is a focused aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. Build up glute muscles to improve your figure giving you the hourglass shape you desire.

HIIT / Circuit

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, is an exercise program designed for people who want to quickly burn fat and improve their condition. HIIT training gives three times better results in slimming than cardio.

STRENGTH Endurance

Very much like a circuit class except with the difficultly turned up. Exercises will have more of a resistance emphasis.

Mobility & Flexibility

Flexibility is the ability of a muscle(s) to lengthen.

Mobility is the ability of a joint to move actively through a range of motion.

In this low intensity class we combine various methods to help develop maximal body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. Leading to more resilient joints, improved performance while reducing the risk of injury.
